If you have never boxed before, or want to perfect your boxing teknique, this gym is for you!

Teknique Boxing has everything you need whether you are already a fighter, want to become one or are just looking to stay/get in shape. Nervous? That’s normal when starting something new, our group classes are separated by skill level to ensure each member is maximizing their time properly here. CLASSES

Here at Teknique Boxing we provide Youth Boxing, Boxing & Fitness, Beginner Boxing & Intermediate Boxing, Advance Boxing and Rock Steady Boxing Classes. Our classes meet all age groups from the youth to elders.

COACHES & Trainers

Head Coach JT was born and raised in Fort Benning, Ga. Coach’s Father was in the military and his mother was a Salon business owner. Moved to Winter Garden, Florida in 1997 due to family reasons. At the age if 17 he was forced to move out on his own and start living his life. Still in school coach managed to continue to grow in the right direction but he still felt he was missing something.

I absolutely love this place! I started with Teknique 5 years ago and still til this day learn something new everyday! It doesn’t matter how long it takes for you to learn the technique, Jt is always there to help you along the way. He’s a great motivator and he’s great with kids. I’ve seen many of his students become amazing boxers throughout the time I’ve been there. You can see how much he cares for every single person in that gym. JT, the Head Trainer is a Professional Boxer himself and he trains other Professionals yet he happily works with my husband who has never boxed before and has the “handicap” of PD. JT is patient and kind but he – I was going to say “pulls no punches” but this IS a Boxing Gym lol – gives my husband a good workout.
