Our youth boxing class focuses on boxing fundamentals and general fitness. Our 60-minute class is tailored to create a fun and challenging experience for kids of varying skill levels. We aim to provide kids with improved hand-eye coordination, footwork, balance, along with increased athletic skills and personal confidence. The skills a child learns from boxing can be applied across all sports. If your child is younger, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them with alternate options.
First time boxing? In this class setting, we teach all aspects of boxing fundamentals. Footwork, punch counts, slips, rolls, balance, coordination, and more. Experiencing a great 60-minute workout is just the added benefit.
In this group-based class, you will be combining traditional boxing training with fitness routines to improve physical health and overall well-being. Unlike competitive or professional boxing, where the focus is on preparing for fights, boxing & fitness centers on using boxing techniques as a means to achieve fitness goals.
This 120 minute class is perfect for those ready to advance their skills with focused drills, combination work and controlled sparring. This class takes your boxing foundation to the next level. – Class participation is by coaches invitation only.

Teknique Boxing does have a Nationally ranked competitive youth, junior and elite team. We are happy to talk with families about options available to kids who wish to compete.
Are you a developed fighter? Continue your growth by integrating advanced skills, attending weekly sparring and enhancing your conditioning skills. Here, you will train side by side with our competition and (oftentimes) pro team. – Class participation is by coaches invitation only.

We are learning every day that there are ways in which people with Parkinson’s disease can enhance their daily quality of life and even build impressive power, strength, flexibility, and speed! By exercising with coaches who know the ropes, you can fight your way out of the corner and start to feel and function better. Boxing works by moving your body in all planes of motion while continuously changing the routine as you progress through the workout. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson’s, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.
