YOUTH BOXING TRAINING

OUR YOUTH BOXING PROGRAM STARTS AT AGE 5-12 YEARS OLD. THIS IS A NON CONTACT CLASS. THE FOCUS IN THIS CLASS IS TO TEACH BOXING TECHNIQUE, FOOTWORK, TEAMWORK & SPORTSMANSHIP.

BOXING CLASS TRAINING

THIS BOXING CLASS IS FOR ANYONE THAT WANT TO LEARN HOW TO BOX. WHETHER YOUR TRYING TO FIGHT OR JUST LEARN HOW TO BOX. DO YOU HAVE GOOD FOOTWORK? IF NOT THIS IS THE CLASS YOU WILL LEARN ALL THE ESSENTIALS TO BOXING. FOOTWORK, ANGLES, COMBOS, PUNCH PLACEMENTS, SLIPS, HEAD MOVEMENT, ETC ARE A FEW THINGS YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS CLASS.

FITNESS BOXING TRAINING

THIS IS A SESSION WHERE YOU COME IN AT YOUR OWN FREE TIME TO PUT IN WORK. EACH SESSION IS BASED OFF 12 ROUNDS OF TRAINING. EACH ROUND CONSIST OF A DIFFERENT WORKOUT. THE DEEPER INTO THE FIGHT THE HARDER IT GETS. ARE YOU READY FOR A 12 ROUND FITNESS BOXING CHALLENGE.
