YOUTH BOXING TRAINING

OUR YOUTH BOXING PROGRAM STARTS AT AGE 5-12 YEARS OLD. THIS IS A NON CONTACT CLASS. THE FOCUS IN THIS CLASS IS TO TEACH BOXING TECHNIQUE, FOOTWORK, TEAMWORK & SPORTSMANSHIP.

TEKNIQUE BOXING & BEGINNER CLASSES 

THIS BOXING CLASS IS FOR ANYONE THAT WANT TO LEARN HOW TO BOX. WHETHER YOUR TRYING TO FIGHT OR JUST LEARN HOW TO BOX. DO YOU HAVE GOOD FOOTWORK? IF NOT THIS IS THE CLASS YOU WILL LEARN ALL THE ESSENTIALS TO BOXING. FOOTWORK, ANGLES, COMBOS, PUNCH PLACEMENTS, SLIPS, HEAD MOVEMENT, ETC ARE A FEW THINGS YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS CLASS.

BOXING CARDIO CLASSES

In this group based environment, you will get a sweat on with exercises that combine boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.

Build stamina, improve coordination, flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
