In this group based environment, you will learn the fundamentals of boxing. This includes, how to properly wrap your hands, Teknique footwork, movements, punch counts, conditioning/fitness etc. This is a great starting point to prepare you for our regular boxing classes.

In this group environment youth learn the fundamentals of boxing through proper teknique, footwork, slips, punch counts, combos. All while engaging them with fun fitness exercises.
They also learn the importance of team work, sportsmanship, discipline, respect and strong leadership skills as these are the core mental skills established in the boxing environment.

In this group environment, you will learn how to box. Whether your training to compete or just want to learn how to defend yourself, burn calories, or let out some steam... This class is for everyone.
Here, you will learn proper teknique for footwork, angels, combos, punch placement, slips, head movement, sparring etc all while getting a sweat on.
Lastly, you will also learn the importance of team work, sportsmanship, discipline, respect and strong leadership skills as these are the core mental skills established in the boxing environment.
