Youth Boxing Starts at age 4 years old. In this class your child will learn the basic fundamentals of boxing, footwork, balance, self-discipline and how to be respectful to thier parents and peers. This is a well rounded program that also offers rewards for excelling in boxing and discipline.
In this group based environment, you will get a sweat on with exercises that combine boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.

First time boxing? In this class we teach all aspects of boxing. Footwork, movement, dodging punches, balance, combos, punch count, and more. This class teaches you how to throw when to throw and what to throw. Be ready for an overall great workout.
Do you have experience in boxing? If so this is the class for you. In this class we go over everything and we also Spar. This is class for those that are looking to compete or take their boxing to another level.
